First Home Buyer

The internet has everything you need to know about home loans.  The real value is in being able to identify and apply, what is actually relevant to your individual needs…that’s what we do.

Right now there are over 800 home loans to choose from. We know how they all work, so you don’t have to…

Besides, you’re probably worried about other things like…

  • Grants
  • Stamp Duty
  • Concessions
  • Mortgage Insurance
  • How Much Deposit Do I Need
  • Should I Just Rent
  • Do I Buy A House And Rent It First

It’s OKAY…we know all about those too…

It doesn’t stop with the loan…we help people prepare for auctions, structure offers to buy property, understand tax considerations of investment property and so much more…consider it part of the overall service

The Value You Can Expect From Us

Our value proposition is simple, you will always get to speak with our Founder and Director Matt Tully to discuss your individual circumstances and needs. Together you can formulate a plan to achieve your objectives.

Why Is That Valuable…Consider This…

It took three years of fulltime study for Matt to get his business degree, a further two years to complete the CPA (Certified Practising Accountant) program, whilst working fulltime. He had to build experience before being able to get his Tax Agents License and worked for over a decade in Finance, Tax, Accounting and Financial Planning before choosing to become a Mortgage Broker.

It took 2 weeks to become a Mortgage Broker…and didn’t require a year 12 pass or any experience with lending, accounting, finance or tax.

The industry has changed a lot since then, but the reality is Mortgage Brokers are typically one dimensional, they help get you money. And…that’s their job.

When you work with Matt you benefit from a multi-faceted approach, yes he can get you the loan but will also identify potential opportunities for you and make you aware of options (or hazards) that many other brokers simply aren’t able to do.

You don’t pay anything extra for Matts knowledge and experience, he gets paid by lenders (the same as any other mortgage broker). What you get though can be a whole lot more valuable…
